The Summit is designed for both the chief staff officer and chief elected officer. Together, you will:

• Discuss the big picture of the board and staff leadership team, and mutually define your roles as CSO and CEO.
• Discover how to create a healthy board culture that is effective and engaging.
• Explore the importance of thinking strategically.
• Learn how to better appreciate your members’ needs and perspectives.
• Think “globally” (beyond your own organization’s needs), and think like a non-profit.
• Identify best practices in association governance and management.
• Learn how to make the greatest impact as a board and staff team from day one.

Cost: $700 for CSO/CEO pair if you are a member of your state society of association executives. 

Revenue Share: Your SAE will receive $100 per CEO/CSO pair registered from your SAE.
