Hi everyone: WSAE is interested in further developing our DI program and would love to hear what you are doing. We have gathered data points and would love to pursue a leadership program or specific plan on how to include diverse member of WSAE in the organization. I know Forum had a failed attempt with DELP and understand Midwest SAE has a program sponsored by Minneapolis. Kathy - can you tell us more? Other to share?!
