The Alliance (Association Societies Alliance) is a voluntary membership organization comprised of local, regional, multi-state, independent, autonomous society of association executives. The purpose of The Alliance is to be the knowledge leader of the profession of association management, preparing SAE CEOs for future success. Membership is open to local, regional, multi-state, independent, autonomous society of association executives. The ASA member representative is the chief staff executive or volunteer chair. There is not a provision for corporate membership at this time.
The Alliance:
Provides a list serve for members to solicit ideas, input and feedback.
Develops and sells the Certified Association Executive (CAE) Study Guide.
Meets in conjunction with the ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership Annual Meeting & Expo and at other times as needed.
Maintains a library of articles for use in publications.
Provides opportunities for sharing of expertise and experience.
