About the Presenters:

Brett R. Harris, Esq., a Business, Nonprofit and Technology Attorney, is admitted in New Jersey and New York and is a shareholder in the Corporate group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Her broad-based general corporate practice consists of both transactional matters and day-to-day client counseling on everyday business matters. She has many years of experience in document drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance matters and policy development for a full range of clients, including publicly-traded companies, closely-held businesses, health care practices, charitable organizations, governmental entities and individual business executives. Ms. Harris has a particular focus on counseling non-profit organizations including entity formation, establishing and maintaining tax exempt status and complying with fundraising regulations. She counsels Boards on policy matters, mission statement development and strategic planning.

Rhonda Payne, CAE, is the high-voltage force behind Flock Theory, the deliberately diverse professional speakers bureau and management consultancy shaking up the status quo. A powerhouse association impact strategist and all-around hype woman for purpose-driven leaders and nonprofit membership organizations, Rhonda’s work connects the dots across organizational development, workforce inclusion, and high-impact learning events. When she’s not shaping, evaluating, and transforming bold, game-changing, deliberately inclusive programs, policies, and events, Rhonda is paying it forward as a volunteer with ASAE and PCMA, a writer and regular contributor to Association Chat Magazine, a mentor for leaders ready for their next flex, and a director on the boards of NYSAE, SocialOffset, and C4 Performing Arts.
