Note that our hotel rates will be honored January 19-25 if you would like to arrive early or stay late to enjoy Panama City Beach area and some January Floriday weather!

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for the Winter Meeting for any reason, please do so by no later than January 9, 2023 for a full refund of your registration fee. Following is ASA's full cancellation policy for the Winter Meeting:

  After January 9, 2023 and by January 16, 2023                   Full refund less 20% admin fee
