Please plan to arrive sometime in the afternoon/evening on Sunday 1/23, and make your plans to fly out no earlier than mid-afternoon or evening on Tuesday 1/25. Note that our hotel rates will be honored three days prior to and after the meeting if you would like to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the Tucson area and some January Arizona weather!

As discussed at our Summer Meeting, ASA will be charging a registration fee for our Winter Meeting. The fee will be $150 if you register by December 1, 2022 ($175 after December 1), and will be payable at the time of registration.*
